After the devastation of Hurricane Melissa and the cancellation of our Winter Holiday Edition of the Caribbean Career Fairs in Montego Bay in December 2025, that came with it, we are so excited to start packing our bags as we announce our participation in one of the largest Caribbean Carnivals celebrated and recognized world-wide.

Join us at the Spring Carnival Edition of Caribbean Career Fairs in Jamaica. With over 10,000 in attendance and over 50% being tourist in 2 weeks, the Carnival Edition of the Caribbean Career hosted and held In-Person (IP) in Jamaica is the place to exhibit and gain millions of media impressions.

The Carnival Edition Spans over 2 Days including participation in Jamaica Road March Carnival on April 12, 2026. Exhibitors have the opportunity to network on multiple occasions with tourist and revelers from all over the world.

Most importantly, our Carnival Edition in Jamaica boldly champions Caribbean Career Fairs efforts, in collaboration with our esteemed partners, sponsors, and exhibitors, as we rebuild after Hurricane Melissa. With numerous towns, parishes, individuals, and animals still affected, we are committed to showcasing Phase 1 of 3 of our dedication to rebuilding of Jamaica. Each exhibitor booth is designed to contribute to a newly established employment, resource, and training hub, specifically accessible to those who were most severely impacted. Additionally, a portion of funds raised will be strategically allocated during the Jamaica Caribbean Career Fairs live for immediate relief, and to support our mission of creating affordable housing and resource hub in Phases 2 and 3. Knowing that many employers have provided an income for Jamaicans as temporary or seasonal workers in the past, we invite you to join us in-person at the Caribbean Career Fair as an Exhibitor, as a Philanthropist Employer by donating, registered and coming in person throughout any phase.
