These spaces at the Super Early Bird Before Summer Sale are extremely limited and must be paid in full. Your registration in advance helps cover a portion of the deposit for things such as barriers, rental of fire-retardant commercial grade tents, pre-event requirements, advertising, general lighting within the Marketplace & Food Pavilion, tables and chairs for both vendors & attendees. To show our gratitude, we have offered an all-inclusive package and a friendly discount for helping us along the way to say thanks.

INDIGENOUS ARTIST TRAVEL FUNDING
Last Days of Summer Festival reconciliation Action Plan includes providing opportunities for growth, shared knowledge, culture and advancement of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

Is the Festival Accessible for People with Disabilities?
Yes, Last Days of Summer Festival is ADA accessible, and we offer accessible viewing areas, restrooms and parking. To better assist with preparation, please let of know of your attendance by purchasing an advance ticket to ensure as many services for your accessibility is available as possible.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?
As this is our first year and to reduce the barriers related to festival attendance, yes Outside food and beverages is allowed!
We encourage you to support the amazing culinary vendors at the festival as well. Free water stations will be available throughout the festival grounds.
We are for you, if you are attendee in a situation that prevents you from bringing your own food or facing a financial circumstance where you cannot afford any food. We've got your back. Rather than asking a stranger, look for us. Find our information tents with our friendly and compassionate staff members and we will be able to help out. Caribbean Career Fairs, Last Days of Summer Festival and our Sponsors believe when possible, no-one should go on an empty stomach at a festival, including "starving artists" 💗
How much does it cost?
Last Days of Summer Festival has FREE Admission and is Family Friendly. Free Admission covers the cost to attend the festival, the kids zone, listen to great music and shop some amazing vendors, plus spend time and make time for the ones you enjoy the most.
VIP Experience Areas are available for upgraded festival experience and do have a cost for certain VIP Areas. Advance tickets are available now for seating and space reservations.
Can I leave and re-enter the Festival Ground?
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees,
Last Days of SummerFestival allows re-entry until 5:00 PM each day.
After 5:00 PM, anyone who exits the festival grounds will not be permitted to re-enter.
Please plan accordingly and make sure you have everything you need before returning in the evening. This policy helps us maintain a secure environment during peak hours and ensures the best experience for everyone.
What are the official Festival Hours and Location?
Last Days of Summer Festival will open at 4:00PM on Friday. Music will start at 4:30PM and the Festival closes at 7:00 PM
Last Days of Festival will open at 12:00PM on Saturday and Sunday show days. Music will start at 12:30PM and the Festival closes at 7:00PM!
Beer & Rum Gardens and certain VIP Experience Lounges may have different hours to comply with regulations
