Caribbean Career Fairs cares for the littlest festival attendees in mind!
Caribbean Career Fairs (CCF) lead a new path forward in inclusivity, creativity and innovation making it more accessible for families with little-ones to stay longer and feel welcomed with more ease of access.
All services and items are free for use. CCF already purchases products/services from our local stores, national business and international family chains so parents /guardians can have access onsite to diapers, wipes, bottled water to make formula, sunscreen, toys, mats, charging stations, books, clothing, baby change stations and more
Caribbean Career Fairs heart is in the family and just by coming in aligns your support of the many participating businesses in your community that are here for you now and after the festival ends.
Register as a partnered business and have your brands, products and services featured, used, distributed and/or promoted inside the CCF Mom's Tent. CCF Mom's Lounge also gives parents/guardians a chance to sign up for special offers, support local businesses, purchase without pressure international brands and amplify global businesses in family care among multiple industries and channels.
CCF PLAY & DISCOVER Tent for Kids
Caribbean Career Fairs (CCF) that unleashing youth's creativity in a an outdoor setting, truly opens young minds to a world of new and rewarding opportunities at the CCF Kids Pavilion.
The Play & Discover area supports local businesses with products purchased from partnered stores and is the first of its kind to be accessible with a large tent able to accommodate parents, guardians and children who are wheelchairs. Through inclusivity we also provide activities that are sensory friendly for children with disability creating an inclusive kid-friendly festival vibes for all.
This is a free, walk-in booth held at our participating festivals during the hours listed with all kids 4-17 requiring a parent or guardian permission and /or presence. No reservations needed and are all welcome. For off-the-charts fun & IRL moments!

Our Mission
We're on a mission to make Caribbean Career Fairs Carnival Mas Bands more inclusive than ever. As one of the largest Carnival Mas Bands in Western Canada with a presence spanning coast to coast we are committed to creating unforgettable fun experiences. Built on humble beginnings, our mission is to deliver the exemplary masquerader experience matching the greatest experience a parade, festival or carnival brings to its patrons.
Rather than offering one service or another, it's our mission to combine multiple experiences through our all-inclusive packages. We welcome all to participate in our Family Friendly Mas Band that captures the energy, excitement, and spirits of the world's greatest parades, festivals and carnivals.
Our Vision
Caribbean Career Fairs Carnival Mas Band vision itself as one of the most inclusive Mas Bands by first prioritizing, recognizing and honouring the original stewards of the land on which we are privileged to walk, work and play, on the unceded Territories of the Indigenous Peoples in Canada and across the world. Through this land acknowledgement, we are proud to be one of the rising Carnival/Parade Mas Band to include an emblem handcrafted and inserted in each costume made by an Indigenous Artist to represent our continued commitment to inclusivity and reconciliation. It is with this acknowledgement and deeper than words connection, we envision our Mas Band growing from strength to strength in diversity each year, by consistently improving, continually enhancing our already unparalleled experience and expressing gratitude for the Indigenous Peoples who have lived on and continue to care for the lands we are able to celebrate and work on.

Our goal is to give participants an all-inclusive parade experience that prioritizes inclusivity, sustainability, recognition, and affordability. Caribbean Career Fairs collaborate with like-minded individuals and/or businesses that make our events including Caribbean Career Fairs achievable. Our goal is to be more inclusive, accepting, welcoming and kind. To make a best effort to accommodate diverse needed and budgets, empowering more people regardless of culture background to participate, connect and celebrate the rich heritage and diversity of Caribbean Carnival traditions.

Receive your choice of (1) Free IP or V Exhibitor Booth at our upcoming CCF or Business Profile within our Career and Job Board located online and onsite in the CCF Lounge at all of the 2027 Summer Festivals. Additionally, Caribbean Career Fairs will purchase $500 in gift cards from your business to distribute to festival-goers, ensuring a high return on investment and new client acquisition even after the festival concludes, plus other great perks.
